World’s leading medical experts say, that obesity has become world’s number one health problem. There are many people, who are overweight, below you can see our stats:

  1. Three million people are obese
  2. About one billion are malnourished

As you can see more than a billion people have problems with their weight.

People have to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, because they are full of vitamins and antioxidants. There are also foods, that can help you burn calories, like:

  • Eggs (Eggs contain a lot of proteins, that’s why they so effective)
  • Cheese (Especially full-fat cheese, because it is an excellent source of casein protein)
  • Apples (Apples will make you feel full)
  • Beans
  • Milk (You should drink milk instead of drinking coffe or tea in the morning)

These were only 5 foods, that can help you lose weight, but there are many more. You should eat more vegetables and fruits.

People also have to do exercises every day, because exercises are good for health and they also help you drop some pounds. You should also have balanced diet plan.

One of the major problems today are snacks. People are snacking everywhere (At home, at work and etc.). Snacks contain a lot of calories and fats, that’s why they are unhealthy.
